🌿🌻 Join us in the Edible Park July 12! 🌻🌿

We are excited to announce a community workday on Friday, July 12 from 2:30 to 5pm at Dr. George Washington Carver Edible Park! 🏞️ Convenient parking is available at the Stephens Lee Recreation Center, 30 George Washington Carver Ave. 🚗

Starting in August, we’ll return to our regular workdays on the third Friday of each month from 2:30pm to 5pm. 📅

Leading the charge is the amazing Kelly Applegate from Bountiful Cities! 🌟 We'll have plenty of tools and hand sanitizer, but feel free to bring your own gloves, loppers, pruners, or weeding tools. 🧤✂️

Get ready for a rewarding day with activities like: 🍃 Mulching 🌳 Gentle tree and shrub pruning 🗑️ Trash collection 🌱 Invasive species removal 🌷 Seasonal planting

Expect hands-on demonstrations and a guided tour of the park! 🛠️🌿
