Hello Neighbors! The last opportunity to sign up to volunteer for the East End/Valley Street Community Heritage Festival will be at the festival committee meeting on Thursday, August 25 at 6pm at Stephens-Lee. There will be a final committee/volunteer meeting at MLK Park on Friday, August 26 at 6pm, but there will be no volunteer sign up at that time. The festival is on Saturday, August 27 from 10am to 10pm. We will need volunteers starting at 6am on August 27 to help with the set up. You can also help by sharing the attached flyer on your social media. Whether you volunteer or not, please come to the festival. The festival committee has been working hard to make this year’s festival the best EEVS Community Heritage Festival ever!
